Piloting your sustainable transformation" training course

Explore the challenges and opportunities of sustainable transformation in a fun and relaxed setting. This experience is aimed at young talent as well as product and production line managers who are shaping their company's sustainable strategy.

Training Course

Welcome to Global Island, a fictional but realistic world where you'll accompany a manufacturing company as it its transition to sustainability. Over the course of three successive rounds, you'll implement your fictional company's sustainable strategy by selecting initiatives that :

  • Fit into your limited budget
  • Take into account the needs of internal and external stakeholders
  • Reduce your socio-environmental impact quickly and efficiently, in line with your short-term and long-term objectives
  • All the while preserving - or improving! - the company's financial performance.

After each decision, you'll discover the reactions of the company and the markets, as well as the impact on your performance indicators . The experience will be punctuated by contributions from the facilitators and enriching discussions with other teams on success factors, sticking points and links with your own organization.

In teams and throughout the game, you'll explore issues of governance, new business models, impact along the value chain, changing relationships with other economic players, and much more.

At the end of the course, you'll learn not only what greenwashing is and how to avoid it, but also how to take a regenerative approach.
