As a manager, your decisions have both short- and long-term financial and socio-environmental repercussions. Our entertaining training course gives you the opportunity to master the ins and outs of financial performance, and prepares you to effectively implement your transformation plan.
Training Course
In a collaborative environment, you'll take charge of running a fictitious company that appears to be flourishing. However, there are opportunities for improving financial performance quickly become apparent. You'll implement the necessary changes while examining key concepts such as financial statements, working capital and key financial performance indicators.
In the second round, the plan and sustainable transition plan will be unveiled. Your challenge will be to implement them while maintaining profitability. You'll have to make strategic decisions based on a series of proposed initiatives:
- Which will be the most effective in achieving short- and long-term socio-environmental objectives?
- How much will it cost?
- What impact on profitability and cash flow?
- Should we focus on the upstream or downstream end of the value chain?
These questions fuel team discussions, guided by your animators.
You will also identify synergies between the various initiatives, taking into account market conditions, and evaluate the success of implementation by means of a financial and extra-financial review.
In the third round, with a deeper understanding of stakeholders and their expectations, you'll assess the value created by your company and the continued relevance of the selected initiatives: an opportunity for reorientation if the results of the second round are not satisfactory.
