Once the foundations have been laid, you'll explore the levers available to improve performance, while maintaining a balance between revenues and production costs.

You then embark on an ambitious growth strategy, taking into account the competitive challenges and market opportunities... as well as the risks!

Finally, you're looking to secure your financial future by investing in initiatives that strengthen your business. Will you be able to correctly interpret the consultants' reports that seek to inform your decisions?

Training is divided into team sessions and group sessions, enabling everyone to actively contribute and ask questions. Experts are on hand to provide additional knowledge, adapted to your professional context.
